Hours of Operation

The In The Mood corporate office is open from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST Monday thru Friday. The office is closed on the following legal holidays – New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day following, and Christmas Day.

The Consultant Services call center (1-866-702-SEXY ) is open from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. Our knowledgeable staff is ready to take telephone orders and answer any questions you might have.

The In The Mood warehouse is open for order pick up from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment so we can provide you with the best customer service.

Payment Options

In the Mood accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) debit cards, cashiers check, money orders or personal checks.
Shipping and Delivery
We make every effort to ship all orders placed before 3:00 EST within 24 - 36 business hours after receipt (remember weekends are not considered business hours). Orders will ship UPS GROUND unless otherwise specified and expedited charges paid. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

In the event that the product you received is not functioning properly, please call us immediately at 866-7027399 for an RA number (only if date of purchase is within 30 days.) In such cases we will replace the product with an even exchange of the same item, subject to in-stock availability. No toy can be accepted for a return if it has been used. If any item is returned and our inspectors deem that it has been used it will be destroyed. We stress that you should inspect any item thoroughly before using it.

Most products will have a warranty registration card from the manufacturers that you can fill out within 10 days of purchase. Products are under warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase, against any mechanical failure. If there is a manufacturer's warranty card available, please contact the manufacturer directly for returns. The In The Mood defective policy provides 30 days to return any defective product for exchange only.

Replacement items ship the same day the defective item is received and inspected by our Returns Department. All products returned to us must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization (RA) number issued by us within 30 days of your original invoice date. After 30 days from purchase we can no longer issue an RA. RA's expire in 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused

Please check product packaging and label carefully to be sure you received the correct product and version because we cannot accept returns of products once they have been opened.

We do not accept product returns for non-defective items. All sales are final unless product is defective.
